How to get to Stanley Market?

Im going to HongKong next Sat and Im wondering how to get to Stanley Market from Tsim Sha Tsui. If I were to take the MTR, which stop which I stop at and how to go to the market from there?

Also, do you guys have any places to recommend if it rains in Hong Kong? Somewher sheltered for shopping?
